Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on the ThinqRx platform at https://www.thinqrx.in, operated by Thinqr (OPC) Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Service

  1. ThinqRx is a digital educational platform providing AI-generated study notes, practice tests, mock tests, and performance analytics for GPAT preparation.
  2. All subscription plans provide immediate access to digital content and services upon successful payment.
  3. All payments are one-time (non-recurring). There are no auto-renewal charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical error.
  2. Payment Deducted but Plan Not Activated: If the payment was successfully deducted from your account but the subscription plan was not activated within 24 hours.
  3. Technical Failure: If the Platform is completely inaccessible for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours during your active subscription, and the issue is attributable to us.

Refund requests for the above must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the transaction date.

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind: You changed your mind after purchasing a plan.
  2. Partial Use: You used the Platform's features (generated notes, attempted tests, accessed content) and later decided you no longer need the subscription.
  3. Dissatisfaction with AI Content: AI-generated content quality or accuracy does not meet your personal expectations. (Please refer to our AI Content Disclaimer in the Terms of Service.)
  4. Examination Results: Unsatisfactory performance in GPAT or any other examination.
  5. Account Suspension: Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  6. Expired Plans: The subscription validity period has ended.
  7. Third-Party Issues: Issues arising from your internet connection, device compatibility, or browser settings.

3. Cancellation Policy

  1. Since all plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
  2. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Unused portions of a subscription are non-refundable.
  3. If you wish to delete your account, email info@thinqrx.in. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any active or expired plan.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@thinqrx.in with the following details:

  1. Your registered email address
  2. Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID (available in your payment confirmation email)
  3. Date of transaction
  4. Plan purchased
  5. Reason for refund request
  6. Any supporting screenshots or evidence (for technical issues)
Subject line format: “Refund Request — [Your Email]”

5. Refund Processing

  1. We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 (two) business days.
  2. Eligible refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days from the date of acknowledgement.
  3. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  4. The actual credit to your bank account may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

7. Coupon and Discount Purchases

  1. Plans purchased using discount coupons or promotional offers are eligible for refund only for the amount actually paid.
  2. If a plan was acquired entirely through a free coupon or promotional credit, no monetary refund applies.

8. Disputes

  1. If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing info@thinqrx.in with “Refund Escalation” in the subject line.
  2. We will review escalated requests within 15 business days.
  3. For unresolved disputes, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
